My Overnight Guest

Tonight I watching WP1 and WP2. I decided to keep them overnight. I don't know what's in store for me with WP2 but I'm up for the challenge. He's growing up and hopefully he will go to sleep earlier than one o'clock in the morning. I enjoy having my grandsons visit me. It gives me an opportunity to see how they are growing.

We went out today. I had to go to church to help with the rummage sale. But before that we went to the hospital to pick up my mom. KZ2 had a busy day and on the way home he went to sleep. He was knocked out!

KZ2

Today we watched Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He also played with the chameleon (stuffed animal) and the counting bears. I have to work with him in a different modality. He doesn't really like to practice lines and circles, so I ask him a lot of questions when we are watching television. I ask him to find letters and numbers or things that I think he should learn. He's a sharp kid. He just doesn't like to be bothered with all that stuff.

Taking a Different Approach with KZ2 52814

I forgot to blog on Wednesday, May 28, 2014. KZ2 has his own direction and I have to steer him with a firm but gentle hand. He doesn't like naps, writing, or eating his lunch; especially if it's veggies. So now I observe and strategize my moves.

A New Journey

Today begins the first day of watching KZ2. I hope I can keep him entertained and learning at the same time. He's growing up so fast. Once he turned three that was it. He's having conversations with you. He's ready for pre-school. Time flies when you're having fun. I've decided to keep a daily journal on KZ2.

WP2's Growing Up

I love that little rascal. He's something else. I have to keep him straight and in line.

The Viewing . . .

I'm going to have to buckle down on WP1. There was a little episode at the viewing. I told him to go to the bathroom. I was getting him up to go and he started resisting me. I had to apply a little force and make him go. I had to pop him a couple of times. I can see now that I'm going to have to pull in the reins.

WP1

Picking up WP1 . . .

This weekend WP1 will be with me. I will either pick him up from school or auntie's house. He has Taekwondo this evening, so I will be taking him. Tomorrow is going to be a busy day.We have to go to the food pantry at church and then he has a birthday party to attend. I'll take him home on Sunday.

Did they forget about me?

I received a call from WP1's mom. WP1 wasn't picked up from school. I rushed to get him. When I got there he was smiling. He asked me if I had forgotten him like I had when I was suppose to take him to get his hair cut. I explained that it wasn't my fault this time. I assured him that we loved him and would never forget him. He was just happy that he had no homework!

WP2

I watched WP2 today. Oh boy, he is really a little rascal; and you can't blame the terrible twos. I'm going to have to buckle down on him. He loves to laugh and play with you but he also likes to inflict pain. He's very heavy handed. I'm going to have to get my wooden spoon out for him. I love the relationship that I have with all of my grandsons.

I'm watching KZ2 today. He loves raisins, so I have to make sure I have them in the house when he comes.

Today I have KZ2 with me. He's not feeling well. He did eat some raisins and drank a little apple juice. He likes watching Dinosaur Train and playing with blocks. He's growing up so fast.

Business as usual . . .

Last week I had WP2 with me. I had him on Monday and Wednesday. He's a little rascal.
